- 2 weeks paid vacation within the first year
- 5-day work week with a total of 50 hours
Ponderosa is currently seeking Salaried Managers to join the team. Salaried Managers are trained in all aspects of managing our “fast casual” full buffet and steakhouse by the Operations Manager and support all team members.
- You’ll be an important part of our fast-paced, friendly restaurant where we strive to keep every customer satisfied with great food and unbeatable service.
- We are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Your schedule will vary with day, night, and weekend shifts.
- We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
2 or more years of Restaurant or Retail Management experience is preferred
